T-19 days until S.Korea
This morning I woke up excited, with lots of energy and I’m feeling pretty damn good. I know 19 days seems like ample time to get everything together but working from 8-5 only gives me about 4 hours a day to run around buying necessities, going to appointments and spending a few hours with the family.
On today’s agenda:
1. Work until 1:45 (sweet) then go to the Korean Consulate for an interview (not so sweet). They require all visa applicants to have an interview before they issue you a visa. Questions asked are things like:
Why do you want to teach in Korea?
Answer: Because I can’t wait to lay on the beach all day, teach for 4 hours at night and then drink soju until I wake up on the beach in the morning. Repeat.
What will you do when the kids misbehave?
Answer: Umm, you use corporal punishment right? Do you prefer using a stick or a belt?
2. Get second Hep B shot. Rather be safe than sorry!
3. Maybe start going through my closet. Ugh, what an awful task.
